Andra Tomsa

Having lived and studied in several countries throughout her life, Andra Tomsa has always regarded herself as a citizen of the world. Armed with first-hand knowledge of the economic inequalities in a diverse array of communities, Tomsa attained a Master’s Degree in Development Economics. She has since dedicated her work to the alleviation of poverty and inequality starting with her immediate community. While at Fordham University she was selected as a St. Gallen Symposium Leader of Tomorrow for her submission on the equitable distribution of power and resources. Prior to starting Spare Andra worked as a Financial Advisor with National Life Group. Andra currently resides in Brooklyn with her 7 year old son.

Dan Simon is the CEO and co-founder of Vested, an integrated communications firm for the financial industry, Chairman of the Communications Board for the Museum of American Finance, the cohost of the popular Wall & Broad Podcast and the host of Asset.TV’s FinTech channel.

Dan is a senior communications specialist with over 15 years' experience leading campaigns for some of the biggest brands in finance and financial technology, including Bloomberg LP, J.P.Morgan, ABN AMRO and Citigroup.
Dan is also a writer for Forbes and was recently appointed a FinTech Mentor at Barclays TechStars in NYC.

Edward Sia

Edward Sia is a financial sector development specialist with over 20 years of experience providing consulting and advisory services for governments, businesses, public and private sector financial institutions in the U.S., Africa, Eurasia, the Middle East, South and South East Asia as both a private consultant and as a U.S. Government contractor. He currently serves as an Director to the Financial Services Volunteer Corps, a private-public partnership 501c(3) that helps build financial systems in developing and emerging market economies. In this role, Edward supports the reform goals of counterpart Ministries of Finance, Central Banks and non-bank regulatory institutions.

Edward specializes in strategic planning, new business development, project implementation and operational efficiency, often tackling the largest organizational threats and weaknesses to implement solutions that are achievable, and setting goals that are obtainable in difficult local conditions. Throughout his experience, he has been successful in approaching systemic problems from a fresh third-party perspective, and provides solutions that are capable of creating sustainable impact.
